Fees are payable on the day of your appointment.

REBATES

You may be eligible for rebates for clinical psychology sessions through Medicare or private health insurance.

To receive rebates through the Medicare Better Access Scheme, individuals are required to obtain a referral from a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician. Prior to your first appointment, you can make an appointment with your GP to discuss a referral, and they can prepare a Mental Health Care Plan. Please bring along your referral to your first appointment.

The current Medicare rebate for a 50 minute session with a clinical psychologist is $141.85. Further information on Medicare rebates can be found here.

Some private health insurers also offer rebates for psychological services where the individual is not already receiving a Medicare rebate. Please discuss your eligibility and requirements for private health insurance rebates with your service provider directly.
